Medical:
ADS offers two choices in HDHP through Well Path Insurance Company. These
plans are available to all full time staff the first of the month after
thirty days of employment. Staff participates in the cost for this
coverage.
Dental:
ADS offers dental insurance through Eastern Life and Health Insurance
Company. This plan is available to all full time staff the first of
the month after thirty days of employment. Staff participates in the cost
for this coverage.
Vision:
ADS offers vision insurance through Vision Service Plan Insurance
Company. This plan is available to all full time staff the first of
the month after thirty days of employment. Staff participates in the cost
for this coverage.
Life:
ADS offers Life Insurance through Prudential Insurance Company. This
plan is available to all full time staff the first of the month after
thirty days of employment. The amount of life insurance is equal to one
time salary up to $50,000. This is a company paid benefit to staff members.
Members have the option to pick up dependent care life insurance for their
spouse or children at their expense.
Long Term Disability:
ADS offers Long Term Disability insurance through Prudential Insurance
Company. This plan is available to all full time staff the first of
the month after sixty days of employment. The amount of LTD insurance is
equal to 60% of the member’s salary up to $6000 per month. This is a
company paid benefit for staff members.
Short Term Disability:
ADS offers Short Term Disability insurance through Eastern Life and Health
Insurance Company. This plan is available to all full time staff the
first of the month after sixty days of employment. The amount of STD
insurance is equal to $100 per week for the first 26 weeks. This is a
company paid benefit to staff members.
Supplemental Insurance:
ADS offer a variety of insurance company connections for employees to
sign up for supplemental insurance coverage such as:
cancer coverage, accident coverage, STD coverage
and life insurance at reasonable rates. These plans are paid for by the
employee.
Retirement:
ADS participates in a 403B plan through Valic Investment Agency. The
company does a mandatory match of 3 % per fiscal year. Discretionary
matches are up the Board of Directors. There is a cap of 6% for both the
mandatory and discretionary match combined.
Flexible Spending Medical Coverage:
ADS offers flexible spending accounts to all of its employees. This plan is
available to all full time staff the first of the month after thirty days
of employment.
Dependent Care Coverage:
ADS offers flexible spending accounts for dependent coverage to all of its
employees. This plan is available to all full time staff the first of the
month after thirty days of employment.
Pretax Deductions:
Most of Alcohol & Drug Services benefits are offered pretax from
employees pay check.
Pay Dates:
Employee’s of ADS are paid every other week. This totals to 26 pay period
per year.
Direct Deposit:
ADS encourages all of its employees to use direct deposit.
Holidays:
ADS celebrates eleven holidays per calendar year.
Paid Time Off:
Employee’s accrue Paid Time Off of up to fifteen days per fiscal year.
Increases in accrual rates occur every two years. Employees must complete
ninety days of service before they can use accrued PTO time.
Personal Days:
Employees hired the first 6 months of the fiscal year are entitled to two
personnel days. Those hired the second half of the fiscal year are
entitled to one personnel day per their first fiscal year.
Major Medical Time:
Employee’s will accrue 2.54 hours of Major Medical Time per pay period per
fiscal year. A cap of 200 hours in Major Medical Time is set for all
employees.
Dress Code:
ADS requires a “business casual” dress code Monday through Thursday. Each
Friday is ‘Dress Down” Friday. Employees should refer to the handbook for
specifics on the dress code policy.
